Anything you purchase from us can be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as the product is in new, unused, original condition, and has all of its packaging and materials in-tact and in new condition.
Exchange Policy:
At Sunshine Water Filters, LLC we are happy to exchange your defective equipment (with-in 30 days of purchase) for the same like item or for store credit in the amount of the original purchase price.
All refunds will be applied to the card or account that was used at the time of purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
No returns are allowed on Used Equipment (unless it is deemed defective).
After 30 days no returns are allowed.
If your product is faulty, broken or simply does not work please contact us within 30 days of purchase for a RN# .
Any order that was damaged during shipping is the responsibility of the shipping carrier, All customers should inspect their packages at the time of delivery and inform the carrier immediately of any damage. Any merchandise damaged during transit must be resolved with the shipping carrier.

You must contact us first in order to get a RN#, any order returned without an RN# will be refused and returned.
Please mail your Return in a prepaid, insured, package with a traceable method to the address below.
